Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our return portal within 48 hours of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gown
Ensure the gown is in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still intact and attached.
Secure Shipping
Place the gown back in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our bridal specialists inspect the garment and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
